Viviana Power Tech Limited has announced the signing of multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Gujarat, valued at ₹2,448 crore, during the inaugural day of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) 2025).

The agreements encompass the design, supply, and execution of substations, power transmission and distribution systems, along with renewable energy projects, smart grid upgrades, and the manufacturing and supply of transformers. The company stated that these initiatives will support Gujarat’s renewable energy and infrastructure expansion goals while strengthening the state’s power transmission network.

The MoUs also include projects under Viviana’s subsidiary, Aarsh Transformers Private Limited, valued at ₹93 crore. The overall effort is projected to generate employment opportunities for more than 2,000 individuals across the state, contributing to Gujarat’s vision of sustainable growth and skill development.

According to the disclosure, the Government of Gujarat will facilitate Viviana Power Tech Limited in obtaining necessary approvals, registrations, and clearances from relevant state departments in line with existing policies and regulations.
