Titan Intech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB) to establish a state-of-the-art Integrated Display Electronics Manufacturing Facility in the Amaravati Capital Region. The company stated that this agreement strengthens its position in India’s next-generation display technology and electronics manufacturing sector.

The project involves a phased investment of approximately ₹250 crore and focuses on creating end-to-end capabilities in high-value display and controller technologies. Titan Intech will collaborate with a leading South Korean OEM to support technology transfer, accelerate process maturity, and ensure global standards in advanced electronics manufacturing.

The upcoming facility will be set up on a 20-acre industrial zone designated for high-growth electronics clusters. The company expects the project to generate around 200 direct and 300 indirect employment opportunities, contributing significantly to the region’s skilled workforce ecosystem. The initiative is aligned with the Government of India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat mission, with emphasis on electronics indigenisation and domestic capacity building.

Titan Intech highlighted that the project will enable the company to expand into high-margin segments such as Mini and Micro-LED backlight modules, advanced controllers, 2D/3D rendering engines, and intelligent driver electronics. The integrated EMS unit will further enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the company’s value chain.

The APEDB will support the project through facilitation of land, policy incentives, single-window clearances, and ecosystem linkages. Titan Intech also aims to strengthen its intellectual property base through collaborative R&D with its South Korean partner.

Managing Director Rudraraju Kumar Raju stated that the MoU marks a transformative step for Titan Intech, adding that the Amaravati facility will position the company at the forefront of high-value display electronics manufacturing while boosting India’s innovation and export potential.

Titan Intech expects the Amaravati project to emerge as a key anchor in India’s display electronics ecosystem, attracting ancillary units, skilled talent, and strategic global partnerships in the coming years.
