KEC International Ltd., a prominent infrastructure EPC major and an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders amounting to Rs. 2,257 crores across its diverse portfolio:
Transmission & Distribution (T&D):
The company has bagged orders for T&D projects in India and the Americas, including:
- Orders for 765 kV Transmission lines and substations in India from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL)
- Supply of Towers, Hardware, and Poles in the Americas
Oil & Gas Pipelines:
- KEC International has secured its first international order for a pipeline laying project.
Civil:
- An order has been secured in the metals & mining segment from a renowned steel player in India.
Cables:
- The company has secured orders for supplying various types of cables in India and overseas.
Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., expressed satisfaction with the new order wins, particularly highlighting the significant orders from PGCIL which have bolstered the company’s India T&D order book. He also emphasized the strengthening presence of the Civil business in the metals and mining segment. Additionally, he noted the successful expansion of the Oil & Gas Pipeline business with the acquisition of its first international project in Africa. With these new orders, the year-to-date order intake has exceeded Rs. 16,000 crores, contributing significantly to the company’s targeted growth trajectory.
