E2E Rail Secures ₹216.40 Crore EPC Contract for Srikalahasti Renigunta Railway Track Tripling Work

E To E Transportation Infrastructure Limited (E2E Rail) has secured a major engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contract from South Central Railway valued at approximately ₹216.40 crore, according to the company’s regulatory filing.

The company said it received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated May 26, 2026, for railway infrastructure work related to track expansion and associated systems in Andhra Pradesh.

The project involves tripling of the railway track between Srikalahasti and Renigunta stations. The scope of work also includes electrification, signalling and telecommunication electrification along with augmentation of 1X25kV traction substation and switching post systems in the GDR-RU section to support the Gudur-Renigunta line expansion project in the Guntakal division.

The project is being executed through a joint venture structure identified as JSR ETIL JV.

According to details shared by the company, the accepted contract value stands at ₹2,16,40,00,498.37, equivalent to approximately ₹216.40 crore.

The project has been awarded through a competitive bidding process by South Central Railway, which operates under the Ministry of Railways. The company stated that the contract is domestic in nature and does not involve related-party transactions.

E2E Rail added that the order is expected to be completed within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Acceptance. As part of the contract conditions, the company is also required to submit a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the contract value.

The order strengthens E2E Rail’s order pipeline and expands its presence in railway infrastructure development projects focused on network capacity enhancement and modernization initiatives.
