Innovators Facade Systems Limited announced the receipt of two major work orders worth approximately ₹223.79 crore for façade and glazing works. The contracts were awarded by Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited and K Raheja Corp, both prominent domestic developers.
According to the company’s regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the work order from Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited is valued at around ₹146.19 crore for the “Tower B, Birla Niyaara” project located in Worli, Mumbai. The second order, from K Raheja Corp, amounts to approximately ₹77.60 crore for the “Baner 94_97” project in Pune, Maharashtra.
Both assignments include design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of façade and glazing systems, and are scheduled for completion within 24 months to 987 days from the respective commencement dates. The company confirmed that the orders were secured from domestic entities and do not constitute related party transactions under the Companies Act, 2013.
