₹22 Crore Order Book Under Execution

According to the company’s business update, the orders have been awarded by customers in the defence sector and cover the design, development, manufacture and supply of antennas, filters, switches and radio-frequency (RF) components.

The orders have an execution period of approximately 2–3 months and are currently under production. The company reported that the value executed as of the disclosure date was nil, leaving a balance order value of ₹22 crore.

Kaveri Defence expects the orders to be completed within approximately three months.

Orders From Established Defence Customers

The company said the orders have been placed by large established defence customers in India and overseas. The order profile includes defence and defence-linked programmes based on its portfolio of antennas, filters, switches and other RF components.

Kaveri Defence stated that the orders are expected to contribute to a meaningful increase in reported revenue as they are executed.

The company also highlighted its growing integration into the defence electronics ecosystem, both domestically and internationally. It supplies RF subsystems for platform and programme-level requirements, supported by approved designs and in-house design capabilities.

Scope for Further Defence Business

Kaveri Defence said products of this nature can generate recurring demand once they are qualified. It added that a further set of opportunities with domestic and overseas defence customers is at an advanced stage of discussion.

The company expects some of these opportunities to convert into confirmed business beyond the current execution window, potentially supporting its revenue trajectory in subsequent quarters.

Commenting on the order visibility, Mr. Shivakumar Reddy C., Managing Director of Kaveri Defence & Wireless Technologies, said the execution visibility for the next three months follows a period of product development, qualification and industrialisation of the company’s RF products.
