Krystal Integrated Services Limited has secured a new municipal contract from the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation, reinforcing its presence in the urban solid waste management segment.
Under the agreement, the company will undertake door-to-door collection, segregation, and transportation of municipal solid waste, along with street cleaning operations. The scope of work also includes transporting waste to designated locations in compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The contract relates to Prabhag “G” within the Vasai-Virar municipal jurisdiction.
The contract has been awarded for a period of five years and carries an approximate value of ₹81 crore, excluding applicable duties and taxes. The order has been awarded in the ordinary course of business and does not involve any related party transactions.
The municipal contract has been awarded by a domestic authority, with no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity. The development is expected to provide long-term revenue visibility while strengthening the company’s operational footprint in municipal sanitation and waste management services.
The order aligns with Krystal Integrated Services’ strategy of expanding its public utility and infrastructure services portfolio across Indian urban local bodies.
