Titan Intech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Seoul-based Media Information Communication Co., Ltd., to jointly develop and transfer advanced LED, SMD, MIP, Mini-LED, and LCD display technologies. The partnership, valued at USD 1.53 million, marks a significant step toward India’s self-reliance in next-generation display manufacturing.
Under the agreement, both companies will collaborate on the development of FPGA/SoC-based LED control systems, Android controller boards for interactive LCD displays, and IP-based Passenger Information Systems (PIS) tailored for airways, railways, and metro networks.
As part of the technology transfer, Media Information Communication will provide Titan Intech with complete design documentation, hardware and firmware packages, and software licenses necessary for LED control and calibration tools.
Titan Intech has also secured a seven-year, non-exclusive software license (2025–2032) for the mLED Master Suite—covering Standard, Premium, and 4K versions—enabling production and calibration of SMD and Mini-LED display systems.
The collaboration grants Titan Intech exclusive manufacturing and commercialization rights for India and non-exclusive research and development rights globally. The strategic partnership aims to establish India’s first fully integrated design-to-manufacture ecosystem for high-performance LED and LCD display technologies, marketed under Titan Intech’s TitanView and TitanPro brands.
The company stated that this initiative will significantly boost its capabilities in professional display systems, smart classroom solutions, and transportation information technologies, aligning with the government’s “Make in India” mission.
