Dreamfolks Services Limited announced that its Board has approved an investment of INR 11.46 crore to acquire a 50.01% partnership stake in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP. The consideration will be settled in cash, and post completion, Ten 11 Hospitality LLP will become a subsidiary of Dreamfolks.
The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Dreamfolks’ position in the railway lounge service ecosystem, where Ten 11 is currently operating as a key partner. This move is also expected to provide stronger physical infrastructure and assets across major railway station lounge locations.
Ten 11 Hospitality LLP is engaged in premium lounge operations and has demonstrated significant growth in revenue over the past three fiscal years. The company reported turnover of INR 8.65 crore in FY25, INR 2.15 crore in FY24 and INR 0.60 crore in FY23, reflecting strong scale-up momentum. The transaction is not categorised under related party transactions.
