Nazara Technologies Limited has infused USD 77 million (approximately ₹734.35 crore) into its wholly owned subsidiary, Nazara Technologies UK Limited, to fund the acquisition of Spanish gaming companies Bluetile Games, S.L. and Bestplay Systems, S.L. The investment was made on October 29, 2026, through a subscription to equity shares of Nazara UK, according to a regulatory disclosure dated October 30, 2026.
The company said the payment forms part of the acquisition consideration under an amended and restated Share Purchase Agreement involving Bluetile Games, Bestplay Systems, their shareholders and founders, and Nazara Technologies UK Limited. The transaction follows earlier disclosures made on March 18, June 16, August 3 and August 6, 2026.
On October 30, 2026, Nazara Technologies UK Limited paid USD 77 million, equivalent to approximately ₹734.35 crore, to the sellers as the second tranche of the acquisition consideration. The payment was made against a total consideration of USD 303.02 million, equivalent to approximately ₹2,990 crore.
The company stated that the remaining consideration will be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the amended Share Purchase Agreement. Nazara Technologies also said it would provide a further update on the remaining payments in due course.
Following the latest payment, Bluetile Games and Bestplay Systems continue to remain wholly owned subsidiaries of Nazara Technologies UK Limited and step-down subsidiaries of Nazara Technologies Limited.
