Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has commenced delivery of a US$15.5 million fixed-fee order, equivalent to approximately ₹147 crore, from IBM Cloud Inc. The order has been awarded to the company’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc., for the design, deployment and support of an enterprise AI infrastructure environment in New Jersey, USA.
The company disclosed the development to the stock exchanges on October 7, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
IBM Cloud AI Infrastructure Order
Under the Statement of Work signed pursuant to a Master Services Agreement dated August 21, 2026, Global Impx will provide AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services for IBM Cloud.
The fixed-fee contract is valued at US$15.5 million, or approximately ₹147 crore based on an exchange rate of ₹95 per US dollar. The order represents around 14.7% of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions’ consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore for FY 2025-26.
The engagement is classified as an international order and is not related to any promoter or promoter-group transaction. The company stated that the transaction is on an arm’s-length basis.
13-Phase AI Infrastructure Implementation
The project follows a 13-phase implementation plan, with project reviews scheduled at least once every two weeks. The initial phases currently underway involve requirement gathering and infrastructure assessment.
The overall scope covers the design, deployment, configuration, integration, testing and support of an AI infrastructure environment intended for model training and inference.
The infrastructure programme includes GPU compute, high-performance storage and networking, AI and machine learning platforms, and Kubernetes-based orchestration for model training and inference environments.
The engagement also covers security and operations, including identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.
The final stages include performance validation, documentation, knowledge transfer, production handover and a subsequent stabilisation and support period.
Project Targets 99.5% Infrastructure Availability
As part of the Statement of Work, the project includes defined service levels. These include infrastructure and GPU availability of at least 99.5%, along with critical alerts and response to critical incidents within 30 minutes.
The company said work on Phase 1, covering requirement gathering, and Phase 2, covering infrastructure assessment, is already underway. These phases are expected to establish the requirements and infrastructure foundation before moving into architecture, deployment, testing and production handover.
Five Payment Milestones
The US$15.5 million contract is structured around five project milestones.
The payment structure includes 20% at project kick-off, 20% upon design approval, 30% upon infrastructure deployment, 20% upon testing and 10% upon go-live.
Based on the stated contract value, the milestone amounts are approximately:
- Project kick-off: US$3.10 million, around ₹29.45 crore.
- Design approval: US$3.10 million, around ₹29.45 crore.
- Infrastructure deployment: US$4.65 million, around ₹44.18 crore.
- Testing: US$3.10 million, around ₹29.45 crore.
- Go-live: US$1.55 million, around ₹14.73 crore.
Invoices are payable within 90 days of receipt.
Execution Timeline and Next Steps
The commencement date under the Statement of Work is September 22, 2026. Completion will follow the client-approved project plan, with a 30-day stabilisation and support period after completion.
The next stage involves completing requirement gathering and infrastructure assessment before progressing to high-level architecture and detailed design. Deployment of GPU compute, storage, networking and AI/ML platforms will then be followed by testing and production handover.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said the project forms part of its AI infrastructure business in the United States, which it identifies as its largest market.

Vinod Babu Bolikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, said the first two phases are intended to establish the architecture and design foundation, with the company working toward the milestone-based service levels and subsequent deployment.
