Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has received a significant regulatory development after securing a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, for a Unified License (Virtual Network Operator) – ISP Category “A” authorization for national area services. The milestone supports the company’s long-term strategy to build a nationwide digital infrastructure platform powered by AI-driven data centres, sovereign cloud technologies, and secure connectivity solutions.

Upon completion of regulatory formalities, the authorization will allow the company to provide internet services across India. The move is expected to strengthen Blue Cloud Softech’s integrated ecosystem that combines enterprise connectivity, AI-native data centres, and cloud infrastructure aimed at accelerating digital transformation across industries.

With the national ISP authorization, Blue Cloud Softech plans to deliver enterprise-grade high-speed internet and secure network services nationwide. The company intends to connect businesses, government institutions, and remote locations through a scalable digital network architecture. Integration with AI-enabled infrastructure is expected to enhance cybersecurity capabilities and support wider adoption of cloud-based enterprise operations.

The company is developing a unified digital ecosystem by integrating network connectivity with data centre and sovereign cloud infrastructure. This approach is designed to enable secure and high-speed access to computing resources while ensuring efficient data flow and scalable enterprise applications. The integration is expected to improve operational efficiency and productivity while maintaining compliance and security standards.

The authorization also strengthens Blue Cloud Softech’s positioning within India’s expanding AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure markets. By combining connectivity with AI-native data centres, the company aims to deliver end-to-end digital infrastructure solutions for enterprises and government clients, aligning with broader national digitalisation initiatives.

The Letter of Intent has been issued under the Unified License (VNO) regulatory framework and remains subject to completion of compliance requirements, including payment of entry fees, submission of bank guarantees, and execution of the licence agreement before commercial rollout.

As part of its expansion roadmap, the company plans accelerated deployment of AI-powered data centres, including hyperscale, edge, and micro facilities. Blue Cloud Softech also intends to establish modular data centres in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities to enable low-latency AI processing, edge computing, and localized enterprise cloud services.

The company’s broader infrastructure strategy includes deployment of 5G Fixed Wireless Access networks, development of private mobile networks and captive non-public networks for enterprise environments, and expansion of managed surveillance services using its proprietary technology platforms. These initiatives are aimed at creating a scalable national digital infrastructure integrating connectivity, compute, storage, artificial intelligence, and managed services.

Company leadership stated that securing national ISP authorization represents a strategic step toward accelerating innovation and delivering reliable, secure, and scalable digital platforms across India. Management indicated that the initiative will support enterprises in their digital transformation journeys while contributing to the country’s growing digital economy.
