Management indicated that strong cash flows will continue to support both capital return initiatives and growth investments. The company is also evaluating potential fundraising options, including debt and equity, to support expansion plans in FY27.

Business Developments

During the quarter, Cyient’s semiconductor business reported revenue of $7.2 million, marking its fourth consecutive quarter of sequential growth. The company continues to strengthen its position in high-end engineering services, ASIC development, and proprietary product offerings.

Additionally, the company reported improved order intake momentum in the second half of FY26, along with growth in transportation and mobility segments. Strategic focus areas include digital capabilities, AI integration, and operational efficiency enhancements.

Conclusion

Cyient’s FY26 performance reflects steady revenue growth, improved profitability, and strong cash flow generation. The ₹720 crore buyback underscores management’s confidence in long-term value creation, even as the company continues to invest in technology capabilities and global expansion.
