GK Energy Limited has received a Letter of Empanelment (LoE) worth ₹235.92 crore (inclusive of GST) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing and commissioning of 10,000 off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems (SPWPS).
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE on July 5, 2026.
Project Details
According to the filing, the empanelment covers off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP. The systems will be installed under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana in Maharashtra.
The total value of the work order is ₹235.92 crore, inclusive of GST.
Execution Timeline
GK Energy said the project is scheduled to be executed within 60 days from the date of issuance of the work order or Notice to Proceed (NTP).
