IndiQube has announced a major workspace expansion deal with a leading global audio series platform, involving nearly 1,300 seats at its tech park facility on Outer Ring Road (ORR), Bengaluru. The deal is valued at approximately ₹68 crore and expands the existing relationship between the two companies.
The audio series platform initially operated from IndiQube’s Koramangala facility before expanding its operations and transitioning to the larger enterprise workspace on Bengaluru’s ORR. The new facility is designed to accommodate the company’s growing workforce and operational requirements.
Rishi Das, Co-founder of IndiQube, said the client had been associated with the company since its early stages in Koramangala. According to the company, IndiQube was able to support the client’s expansion by transitioning its operations into a larger tech-enabled workspace with nearly 1,300 seats.
The deal adds to IndiQube’s enterprise workspace portfolio and its presence among technology companies, startups and unicorns. The company operates an integrated managed workspace platform focused on providing scalable office infrastructure and workplace solutions.
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder of IndiQube, said startups and unicorns account for nearly a quarter of the company’s overall occupancy. She added that more than 50 unicorns have selected IndiQube as a workspace partner, reflecting demand for flexible and scalable office infrastructure.
The Bengaluru agreement comes as companies continue to evaluate larger and more integrated workplace environments to support workforce expansion. For IndiQube, the 1,300-seat deal further strengthens its position in the managed workspace segment and its focus on serving high-growth technology enterprises.
