Intellect Design Arena Limited (NSE: INTELLECT, BSE: 538835) has announced the commercial availability of its Purple Fabric platform as “Enterprise AI on Tap” at a subscription price of ₹99,500 per month. The offering allows enterprises to onboard up to 50 users and deploy governed, reliability-focused artificial intelligence without significant upfront infrastructure investment.

The Chennai-headquartered fintech company stated that Purple Fabric is positioned as India’s judgment-centric, full-stack Open Business Impact AI platform. The solution has been engineered to function as institutional AI infrastructure, shifting enterprise adoption from experimental AI usage to structured, governance-ready deployment.

Subscription-Based Enterprise AI Model

Under the new pricing framework, organisations can access enterprise-grade AI capabilities at ₹99,500 per month, a model designed to reduce capital-intensive AI rollouts. The platform supports integration with existing enterprise systems and enables scalable governance controls across departments.

The company indicated that the offering is aimed at mid-market enterprises, financial institutions, IT services firms, academic ecosystems and government bodies seeking structured AI adoption without establishing large in-house AI teams.

Judgment-Centric Architecture and Governance Controls

Purple Fabric is built around deterministic enterprise knowledge governance, context-bound reasoning frameworks and full decision auditability. According to the company, the architecture incorporates structured enterprise knowledge inputs, a multi-agent reasoning system and behavioural governance mechanisms to enhance reliability in regulated environments.

The platform is delivered through four integrated technology stacks:

Intellect stated that the solution ensures enterprises retain full ownership of institutional knowledge while enforcing entitlement controls and audit trails.

Compliance and Regulatory Alignment

Purple Fabric is backed by ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI Management Systems and operates on ISO-certified infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. The platform is designed to align with RBI and global AI policy environments in the UK, US, Canada and the EU.

It also integrates with enterprise ecosystems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, enterprise databases and national digital infrastructure systems.

Multi-Sector Deployment Focus

The company highlighted deployment use cases across banking, insurance, NBFCs, capital markets, corporate enterprises, mid-sized IT services firms, legal and audit institutions, government bodies and academic institutions. Use cases include underwriting, risk management, compliance validation, procurement intelligence, research orchestration and workflow automation.

The announcement was made at a press conference in New Delhi on February 13, 2026, ahead of the India AI Impact Summit 2026 organised by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Intellect Design Arena currently serves over 500 customers across 61 countries and continues to expand its AI-first enterprise technology portfolio.
