Physicswallah Limited has informed stock exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, Penpencil Edu Services Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of land in Ranchi, Jharkhand, as part of its long term expansion strategy.
According to the regulatory disclosure, Penpencil Edu Services has executed a sale deed dated December 23, 2025, to acquire a land parcel measuring 1.76 acres located at Village Tupudana in Ranchi district. The transaction value for the acquisition is ₹69.49 crore, excluding applicable transfer duties and other statutory charges.
The land has been purchased from individual sellers and is free from encumbrances, liens, or legal claims. The company stated that the acquisition is intended to support future business expansion and infrastructure requirements.
