Creative Newtech Limited reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated total income rising 20.06% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹476.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also recorded robust growth in profitability, supported by higher operating leverage and improved margins.
EBITDA, including other income, increased 64.73% YoY to ₹24.89 crore from ₹15.11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 32.89% YoY to ₹13.54 crore from ₹10.18 crore.
The company’s EBITDA margin improved to 5.22% during the quarter from 3.80% in Q1 FY26, while PAT margin expanded to 2.84% from 2.56%.
Financial Performance
For Q1 FY27, Creative Newtech reported consolidated total income of ₹476.84 crore compared with ₹397.19 crore in Q1 FY26, reflecting a 20.06% YoY increase.
EBITDA stood at ₹24.89 crore, up 64.73% YoY, while EBITDA margin expanded by 142 basis points to 5.22%.
Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹13.54 crore, registering a 32.89% YoY increase. PAT margin improved by 28 basis points to 2.84%.
Business Developments
During the quarter, Creative Newtech announced several strategic developments aimed at expanding its technology distribution and infrastructure business.
The company secured a ₹35.89 crore order from the Food Corporation of India (FCI) for the Smart Warehousing Project covering 150 depots.
It also received an Advance Work Order (AWO) from BSNL for the BharatNet Middle Mile Network Project in the Odisha Telecom Circle. The project has an estimated value of approximately ₹3,194.83 crore.
Creative Newtech further expanded its consumer technology portfolio by launching WOZOYO, a global consumer technology brand under its wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary, Secured Connection Limited.
Additionally, the company partnered with Ravel Electronics to strengthen its fire and life safety technology offerings and completed the acquisition of Infinova India to enhance its capabilities in video surveillance, security solutions, and intelligent infrastructure.
Management Commentary
Chairman and Managing Director Ketan Patel said the company delivered a strong start to FY27, supported by disciplined execution across its technology-focused distribution platform and diversified business model. He added that the improvement in operating efficiency contributed to higher EBITDA margins despite increased finance costs during the quarter.
The management also stated that investments in artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, intelligent surveillance, and enterprise networking continue to create long-term growth opportunities. The company plans to expand its technology portfolio, strengthen strategic partnerships, integrate recent acquisitions, and scale its consumer technology business.
