Cyient Limited, a global intelligent engineering solutions provider, announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, highlighting steady performance across its key business segments.

The company’s Digital, Engineering, and Technology (DET) revenue stood at ₹1,438 crore, registering a 3.3% sequential growth and a 4.5% increase year-on-year. DET EBIT was ₹175 crore, representing a margin of 12.2%, while profit after tax stood at ₹137 crore, marking a 16.4% decline compared to the same period last year. Free Cash Flow for the quarter came in at ₹157 crore, translating to 114% FCF to PAT conversion.

Cyient’s semiconductor business delivered a strong rebound, with revenue rising 14.7% sequentially to ₹54.1 crore. The company’s board also announced an interim dividend of ₹16 per share.

During the quarter, Cyient added seven new customers across multiple industries and achieved double-digit growth in key accounts for the second consecutive quarter. The company also received the Value Engineering Supplier Award 2025 from Honeywell UOP ESS IPL and was shortlisted for the Global Connectivity Awards under the Best Mobile/5G Service Innovation category.

Additionally, Cyient announced a strategic go-to-market partnership aimed at driving rapid, scalable field service transformation for asset-intensive industries.
