Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) reported strong quarterly performance for Q2 FY26, supported by improved execution and a solid order pipeline. The company posted a 45 percent year-on-year growth in revenue from operations, reaching Rs 1677 crore in the quarter ended 30 September 2025. Total income increased 42 percent YoY to Rs 1746 crore.
Profit After Tax for Q2 FY26 rose sharply to Rs 154 crore against Rs 98 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 225 crore, marking a 56 percent YoY growth. Profit Before Tax reached Rs 209 crore, up 60 percent YoY.
For the half year ended September 2025, GRSE reported revenue of Rs 2987 crore, higher by 38 percent year-on-year. The company’s consistent execution and strong order book visibility continue to contribute to growth traction.
GRSE also announced an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per equity share for FY26.
Management stated that it expects to sustain momentum in the second half of the year supported by order visibility, execution focus and operational efficiency improvements.
