Ksolves India Q3 FY26 Results: Revenue Up 12.2% YoY and 6.6% QoQ to ₹42.3 Crore, PAT Rises 16.5% QoQ

Ksolves India Limited reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter of FY26, posting its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹42.3 crore for the period ended December 31, 2025. The company’s revenue grew 12.2 percent year-on-year and 6.6 percent sequentially, reflecting steady demand across its core digital transformation and IT services portfolio.

The Noida-based IT services firm reported earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) of ₹13.7 crore during the quarter, with an EBITDA margin of 32.4 percent. Profit after tax stood at ₹9.8 crore, marking a quarter-on-quarter growth of 16.5 percent, while profit margins remained resilient despite industry-wide cost pressures.

Ksolves’ management highlighted that growth during the quarter was supported by broad-based traction across key service lines, including data engineering, cloud, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation solutions. The company’s top five clients accounted for around 40 percent of revenue, indicating a diversified and stable client base.

During the quarter, the board of directors declared an interim dividend of ₹5 per equity share, taking the total dividend for FY26 to ₹11 per share. The decision reflects the company’s focus on consistent shareholder returns, supported by healthy cash flows and a strong balance sheet.

As part of its international expansion strategy, the board also approved the initiation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Australia. The move is aimed at strengthening Ksolves’ presence in the Asia-Pacific region and supporting growing demand from global enterprise clients.

Operationally, the company reported several key client wins during Q3 FY26 across Europe, Australia, Africa, and North America. These included engagements in aviation, telecommunications, payments, renewable energy, automotive, and non-profit sectors, reinforcing Ksolves’ position in delivering mission-critical and large-scale digital transformation projects.

For the nine months ended December 2025, Ksolves continued to maintain strong profitability metrics, supported by disciplined cost management and improved operational efficiency. Management indicated that the company remains focused on sustainable growth, deeper client engagement, and expanding its global footprint in the coming quarters.
