Route Mobile Limited reported its consolidated financial performance for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company posted revenue from operations at Rs 1,119.42 crore in Q2FY26, slightly higher compared to Rs 1,113.41 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, revenue improved from Rs 1,050.83 crore in Q1FY26.
Despite revenue growth, profitability weakened due to exceptional items. The company recorded an exceptional impact of around Rs 135.87 crore during the quarter, resulting in a steep decline in bottom-line performance. Profit Before Tax dropped sharply to Rs 2 crore in Q2FY26 compared to Rs 137.34 crore in Q2FY25. The company reported a net loss of Rs 18.83 crore for the quarter. EPS stood at Rs -3.37.
EBITDA excluding exceptional items stood at Rs 135.95 crore, with EBITDA margins at 12.14% for the quarter. Route Mobile reported that its overseas business contributed significantly more revenue compared to the Indian market, with overseas revenue above Rs 1,060 crore for Q2FY26.
Along with the earnings announcement, the Board of Directors approved a second interim dividend for FY26 at Rs 3 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each. The record date to determine eligible shareholders has been set as November 10, 2025. Dividend payment will be made within 30 days from the date of declaration and will be subject to applicable TDS.
The company stated that it remains focused on long-term strategy, strengthening operational performance and driving innovation-led growth amid evolving market conditions.
