Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited reported a strong performance for the first quarter of FY27, with significant growth in both revenue and profitability, supported by robust demand and operational efficiency improvements.

The company’s consolidated revenue rose 77.9% year-on-year to ₹2,012.8 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹1,131.2 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax (PAT) increased sharply by around 2.4 times to ₹104.9 crore, reflecting improved margins and scale efficiencies. The company also reported a transition to positive operating cash flow during the quarter.

The company recorded strong operating leverage during the quarter, with EBITDA rising 119.6% YoY to ₹156.7 crore. EBITDA margin expanded by 148 basis points to 7.8%, compared to 6.3% in Q1 FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹134.8 crore, marking a 129% YoY increase, while PAT margin improved to 5.2% from 3.9% in the previous year period. Operational performance also strengthened, with operational PAT rising 142.3% YoY.

Sky Gold and Diamonds attributed its growth to sustained demand from organised jewellery retailers, increased traction in lightweight and value-added jewellery, and consistent execution across its manufacturing platform.

Its asset-light manufacturing model and shorter export receivable cycles have also enhanced capital efficiency and cash generation.
