Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly performance driven by strong execution capabilities and sustained sectoral growth.
For Q2 FY26, WRTL’s revenue from operations stood at ₹774.78 crore, a 47.73% increase from ₹524.47 crore in the same period last year. The company’s EBITDA rose 120.69% YoY to ₹157.94 crore, while PAT surged 117.40% to ₹116.34 crore, highlighting improved operational efficiency. EBITDA and PAT margins improved to 20.39% and 15.02%, respectively.
During the first half of FY26, revenue reached ₹1,377.97 crore, up 81.12% YoY, while PAT grew 148.21% YoY to ₹202.73 crore. The company’s unexecuted solar EPC order book currently stands at 3.48 GWp, slated for execution within the next 12–15 months, supported by a strong 27+ GWp bidding pipeline.
In Q2 FY26, Waaree Renewable secured major solar power projects totaling 1,247.4 MWp, including a 1,218 MWp and a 29.4 MWp ground-mounted project. The company’s board also approved capex budgets for developing independent power producer (IPP) solar plants — two projects of 14 MWp each in Maharashtra and a 37.5 MWp project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

India’s total renewable energy installed capacity reached 256.1 GW as of September 2025, with solar contributing 127.33 GW, underscoring the country’s accelerated progress toward its 500 GW target by 2030.
