Tata Technologies and Tenneco LLC have expanded their long-standing global partnership through a strategic engagement valued at more than $100 million over the next five years. The agreement is aimed at accelerating mobility transformation by strengthening engineering, digital, and AI-led capabilities.

The agreement was signed on June 30 at Bombay House, the headquarters of the Tata Group in Mumbai. The signing ceremony was attended by Jon Bagrosky, Chief Administrative Officer of Tenneco, and Warren Harris, CEO & Managing Director of Tata Technologies, who reaffirmed the companies’ commitment to advancing engineering excellence, digital innovation, and long-term collaboration.

The expanded engagement is expected to leverage Tata Technologies’ engineering and digital expertise together with India’s skilled talent base to help Tenneco respond more efficiently to evolving global mobility and market requirements.

According to the companies, the collaboration builds on a partnership established in 2021. Since then, Tata Technologies has supported Tenneco’s engineering transformation initiatives through its Global Engineering Centre in Pune, contributing expertise in product engineering, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.

Under the expanded partnership, Tenneco plans to invest more than $100 million over the next five years. The initiative is intended to strengthen engineering capabilities, accelerate product development, improve operational performance, and support business transformation across Tenneco’s global operations.

Company executives said the strategic engagement reflects their continued focus on long-term collaboration and innovation in the mobility sector while supporting global engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
