Orange Business and Tech Mahindra have announced exclusive negotiations to establish a global strategic partnership aimed at accelerating end-to-end digital transformation for enterprise customers worldwide. The proposed collaboration will focus on delivering advanced solutions powered by artificial intelligence, automation, cloud platforms, and secure digital infrastructure.

The planned non-equity partnership is expected to run for five years and will combine Orange Business’ expertise in connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms with Tech Mahindra’s integration capabilities and large-scale delivery model. The companies intend to develop a joint go-to-market strategy to expand regional collaboration, drive innovation, and address growing enterprise demand for scalable digital solutions.

As part of the initiative, Orange Business may outsource selected global customer support, quote-to-bill operations, and post-sales activities outside France to Tech Mahindra. The arrangement is designed to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate automation, and improve customer experience while enabling faster service delivery across international markets.

The partnership aligns with Orange Business’ broader ambition to strengthen its position as a global leader in secure enterprise connectivity. By leveraging Tech Mahindra’s delivery scale and operational agility, the company aims to expand customer acquisition and deepen engagement with existing clients while improving competitiveness across regions.

However, operations within France and specific sovereign or sensitive sectors, including national security and defense customers, will remain outside the scope of the collaboration to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Both companies indicated that the collaboration will involve a comprehensive review of operations, tools, and performance processes to identify efficiency gains and support sustainable growth. The initiative is also expected to accelerate innovation and strengthen enterprise digital transformation capabilities globally.

Company executives stated that the partnership aims to combine complementary strengths to deliver secure, agile, and scalable digital services while enabling enterprises to adapt to an increasingly connected and technology-driven environment. The project remains subject to consultations with relevant employee representative bodies before final implementation.
