Varroc Engineering Limited has secured a major contract to supply High Voltage electronics components to a prominent electric vehicle manufacturer, marking a key step forward in its global electric mobility expansion strategy.
The scope of the partnership includes high-performance e-powertrain components such as power electronics units, inverters, onboard chargers, battery management systems and DC-DC converters. Production will be carried out at Varroc’s Romania-based manufacturing facility, with a focus on maintaining international standards in quality and delivery.
This contract is set to be fulfilled over a period of eight years, with the peak annual capacity estimated at ₹8,000 million. Leadership at Varroc stated that this business win solidifies the company’s capabilities in advanced electronics manufacturing and supports the automotive industry’s rapid shift towards electrification.
