Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited to provide employee expense management and benefits solutions

As part of the agreement, Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Save platform to Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited. The platform is designed to streamline employee expense management and benefits administration, helping organizations manage corporate spending and employee-related financial programs through digital solutions.

The agreement has been signed for a period of five years. Zaggle stated that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and will be executed within India. The company also clarified that the arrangement is in the nature of an agreement for software and platform-based services.

The financial value of the agreement has not been disclosed, as the total consideration will depend on the number of active users on the platform during the contract period and the corresponding program fees generated from actual employee spending. Zaggle noted that due to the variable nature of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, it is difficult to ascertain the exact value of the contract at this stage.

The company further confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited concerning this transaction. Additionally, Zaggle stated that the agreement does not fall under related party transactions.

The latest partnership reflects Zaggle’s ongoing efforts to expand its corporate fintech solutions portfolio. Through its range of spend management and employee benefits products, the company continues to strengthen its presence in the enterprise solutions segment by catering to the evolving needs of businesses across India.
