Cyient Limited has unveiled its new Network Modernization Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Lisbon, Portugal, marking a significant step in expanding its global innovation ecosystem. The center was inaugurated by senior representatives from India and Cyient’s leadership team, highlighting the company’s commitment to accelerating transformation in the global connectivity space.

The Lisbon CEC is designed as an innovation hub where customers and partners can explore Cyient’s intelligent engineering solutions. The facility enables rapid prototyping of next-generation offerings aimed at simplifying, automating, and modernizing network operations in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

During the inauguration, officials emphasized that the new center reflects the growing collaboration between India and Portugal in areas such as digital infrastructure, 5G capabilities, and advanced engineering. The center is expected to help operators build more resilient, secure, and sustainable networks while supporting new opportunities and high-value job creation.

The facility features a Pre-Integration Lab that focuses on multi-vendor O-RAN integration, energy-efficient solutions, network slicing, anomaly detection, and advanced site surveillance. Its AI-driven Network Operations Center (NOC) showcases automated fulfilment and assurance workflows, including intelligent root cause analysis and predictive maintenance. Additionally, the Fibre Evolution Showcase demonstrates automated data migration across the fibre lifecycle to support expansion and monetisation strategies for network operators.

According to the company, the CEC brings together network engineering, autonomous networks, and cognitive NOCs under one roof, enabling faster co-creation and improved outcomes across the connectivity value chain.

The Lisbon CEC expands Cyient’s existing network of innovation centers and complements its experience center in Hyderabad, reinforcing the company’s broader vision of driving intelligent, sustainable engineering solutions worldwide.
