BMW Ventures Limited has secured two purchase orders worth a combined ₹24.98 crore from Tata Projects Limited for the supply of TMT steel for the 3×800 MW USCTPP-Adani Project. The company disclosed the order on August 25, 2026, through a filing with the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

According to the company’s disclosure, the total value of the two purchase orders stands at ₹24,98,34,320, inclusive of all applicable taxes. The orders involve the supply of TMT Steel FE-550D Grade for the 3×800 MW USCTPP-Adani Project.

The purchase orders have been awarded by Tata Projects, a domestic entity. BMW Ventures stated that the orders will be executed and delivered within eight weeks from the date of the purchase order.

The commercial terms of the orders include 100% advance payment along with GST. The company classified the contracts as domestic orders.

BMW Ventures also disclosed that the promoter group or group companies have no interest in the awarding entity. Further, the orders do not fall under related-party transactions.

The latest order adds to BMW Ventures’ order book in the steel supply segment and provides visibility for near-term execution. The company is required to complete the supply within the stipulated eight-week period as specified in the purchase orders.

BMW Ventures is engaged in the trading and distribution of steel and related products. The company’s latest disclosure highlights its involvement in supplying construction-grade steel for a large-scale power infrastructure project.

The 3×800 MW USCTPP-Adani Project is associated with the development of large-scale power generation capacity, with Tata Projects serving as the entity awarding the steel supply order to BMW Ventures.

With the ₹24.98 crore contract, BMW Ventures has secured a sizeable domestic order from Tata Projects, with execution expected to be completed within eight weeks of the purchase order date.
