Krystal Integrated Services Limited has secured a major contract from Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited (TNMSC) to provide facility management services across multiple government medical institutions in the state.
The contract involves providing housekeeping, security and other support services at various government medical institutions operating under the Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services (DMRHS), Directorate of Medical and Rural Health Services (ESI), and institutions managed by the Commissionerate of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy.
The services will be delivered on an outsourced basis, with Krystal Integrated Services responsible for managing operational facility requirements across the designated healthcare institutions. The contract is scheduled to be executed over a period of three years.
The company stated that the contract value is approximately Rs. 364 crore. The order was awarded by a domestic entity and falls within the company’s regular course of business operations.
Krystal Integrated Services also confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity. The company further clarified that the contract does not qualify as a related party transaction.
Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Limited is responsible for procurement and supply chain management for the state’s public healthcare system, including medicines, equipment and healthcare services support.
