Hind Rectifiers Limited (HIRECT), a leading Indian manufacturer of power semiconductors, electronic equipment, and railway transportation systems, has announced the acquisition of France-based BeLink Solutions. The move strengthens Hirect’s global presence by creating a strategic manufacturing hub in Europe dedicated to robotics, electronic manufacturing services (EMS), and power electronics.

The transaction involves the purchase of BeLink Solutions’ business and operating assets for EUR 1 million, funded entirely through internal accruals. In addition, Hirect will infuse EUR 2 million into its proposed subsidiary. Of this, EUR 1 million will be subscribed as preference shares solely by Hirect, while the remaining EUR 1 million will be issued as equity shares, with Hirect holding a 66% stake and promoter group companies subscribing to the remaining 34%.

Through this acquisition, Hirect gains access to BeLink’s state-of-the-art production and testing facilities, including six fully automated production lines, advanced testing equipment, and extensive R&D capabilities. The deal also includes plant and machinery, intellectual property, customer contracts, and purchase orders, ensuring strong operational integration.

The company expects significant revenue opportunities from the acquisition. BeLink Solutions is projected to generate EUR 13 million in revenue in 2025, supported by an additional EUR 10 million in confirmed orders for 2026. This growth potential positions Hirect to expand its footprint across European and global markets.

Commenting on the acquisition, Suramya Nevatia, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO of Hind Rectifiers Limited, said the deal represents a “decisive step” for the company. He highlighted that the combination of BeLink’s infrastructure and Hirect’s expertise in power electronics will enable large-scale delivery while fostering innovation in robotics and advanced electronics. Nevatia added that this acquisition serves as the cornerstone of Hirect’s global strategy to build, innovate, and lead in advanced technologies across mobility, energy, and industrial markets.
