NCC Limited has secured a ₹1,286.03 crore order from Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited for the construction of Radial Road-2 in Telangana. The contract value excludes Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The project involves construction of Radial Road-2 from the Outer Ring Road (ORR) near Budwel to Nacharam on NH-167N in Telangana. The work forms part of Package-1 of the Budwel to Shabad section.
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, the order is a domestic contract awarded by Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited. NCC is required to complete the project within 18 months from the commencement of the contract.
The contract has been awarded under the General Conditions of the Contract. The project is related to road infrastructure development and is expected to involve construction activities along the specified section connecting the ORR near Budwel with Nacharam.
NCC disclosed that its promoter, promoter group and group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. The company also stated that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
The ₹1,286.03 crore contract adds to NCC’s road infrastructure project portfolio in Telangana. The company will execute the project over an 18-month period as part of the development of the specified NH-167N section.
