Vascon Engineers Limited has received a work order worth ₹660.79 crore, including taxes, from Qualcomm India Private Limited for the development of an office facility in Bengaluru.
According to the company’s disclosure dated September 25, 2026, the project involves the development of an office facility identified as Block K, comprising three basements, a ground floor and 12 additional floors, along with associated infrastructure.
The project has been awarded by Qualcomm India Private Limited, a domestic entity. Vascon Engineers will execute the project under a Design and Build Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.
Project Details
The Bengaluru project has an order value of ₹660.79 crore, inclusive of applicable taxes. The scope covers the construction and development of the office facility, including three basement levels, the ground floor, 12 upper floors and related infrastructure.
Vascon Engineers stated that the work is scheduled to be completed within 30 months from the date of site handover.
The company disclosed the order under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Qualcomm Office Facility in Bengaluru
The project is expected to add a new office facility for Qualcomm India in Bengaluru. The development will include multiple basement levels and a 12-storey structure above the ground floor, together with supporting infrastructure.

The latest order is subject to execution over a 30-month period beginning from site handover.
The company also disclosed that the promoter or promoter group does not have an interest in the entity awarding the contract, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
