LTIMindtree has announced the signing of a multi-year strategic agreement valued at $100 million with a Europe-based medical technology company specializing in advanced hearing solutions. The partnership is aimed at strengthening product innovation, digital capabilities, and long-term technology support across the client’s flagship hearing device portfolio.

Under the seven-year engagement, LTIMindtree will provide end-to-end product development and lifecycle support for the MedTech company’s primary hearing instrument brands as well as its private-label offerings. The scope includes development and maintenance of wearable hearing devices, software platforms used by hearing care professionals for device configuration, and mobile applications that enable users to manage and control hearing instruments.

The company plans to deploy its iNXT platform, a cross-industry digital transformation and innovation framework designed to help enterprises integrate physical products with digital ecosystems. Through this platform, LTIMindtree aims to enhance product performance, accelerate innovation cycles, and improve user experience across connected healthcare devices.

In addition to engineering and software development, LTIMindtree will support the client in navigating complex regulatory and compliance requirements associated with the global MedTech industry. This includes ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and evolving regulatory frameworks across multiple markets.
