The project, developed under the Invest in Kerala initiative, was inaugurated by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
Spread across 70 acres, the Adani Logistics Park will involve an investment of over ₹600 crore. It will feature 1.3 million square feet of integrated infrastructure equipped with smart and sustainable facilities, including electric vehicle charging stations, digital integration, and zero-touch operations. The development is expected to create more than 1,500 jobs, supporting local employment and small and medium enterprises.
According to APSEZ, the park aims to cut transportation costs, enable just-in-time operations, and boost export potential across key sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and retail.
Ashwani Gupta, Whole-Time Director and CEO of APSEZ, said the project represents a key milestone in the company’s transition from a port-focused business to an integrated transport and logistics provider. “The park will play a pivotal role in strengthening our logistics presence in southern India, supporting local manufacturing and regional growth,” he noted.
Kerala’s Minister for Law, Industries and Coir, P. Rajeeve, added that the logistics park would act as a catalyst for inclusive growth. “More than a logistics hub, it is a driver of trade, community empowerment, and regional transformation,” he said.
