The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has awarded several contracts to Ashoka Buildcon, a domestic entity. One notable project involves the design and construction of an elevated road from Kalyan-Murbad Road (near Palms Water Resort) to Badlapur Road (near Jagdish Dughdhalaya), extending to the Pune Link Road alongside the Waldhuni River Crossing over the Karjat-Kasara Railway Line, which includes a slip road. The execution timeline for this contract is set at 30 months, including the monsoon period, with an accepted contract value of ₹474.10 Crore plus applicable GST.

Additionally, there are Requests for Proposals for the design and construction of two creek bridges: one from Kolshet to Kalher and another from Gaimukh to Payegaon, with execution timelines of 36 months and 42 months, respectively. The accepted contract values for these projects are ₹288.18 Crores plus applicable GST and ₹975.58 Crores plus applicable GST.
