The Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies has approved a strategic investment of 13% in N-Dream AG (N-Dream). On July 24, 2024, they announced the acquisition of an additional 13% shareholding, bringing KPIT’s total stake in N-Dream to 26%.
N-Dream, a Switzerland-based cloud-based game aggregation platform, also provides the option to further increase their shareholding. The company has successfully completed this additional acquisition for cash, totaling €2.3 million as the primary investment and €0.7 million as the secondary investment, following the fulfillment of all closing conditions.
With this latest purchase, KPIT continues to maintain a minority, non-controlling equity position in N-Dream.
