Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer under the ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik’ brands, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with C4V, a New York-based battery technology company.
This partnership aims to develop advanced, high-performance battery cells tailored for Wardwizard’s electric vehicle range, including high-speed scooters and three-wheelers. By leveraging C4V’s expertise in lithium-ion battery optimization and climate-specific Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology, the collaboration will enhance electric vehicle performance in India’s market.
The MoU outlines joint efforts to define specifications, create prototypes, and ensure rigorous testing for reliability. Both companies emphasize localizing production in India to support the ‘Make in India’ initiative. The partnership is set to drive innovation in battery technology and contribute to India’s green mobility vision.
