- ITC declared an interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per share for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2024.
- The dividend will be distributed to eligible members between Monday, 26th February, 2024 and Wednesday, 28th February, 2024.
- ITC has set Thursday, 8th February, 2024, as the Record Date to determine the entitlement of members for the interim dividend.
