Mumbai, September 22, 2025 – Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has announced a strategic collaboration with AU Small Finance Bank Limited (AU SFB) to expand its financial solutions portfolio through the launch of co-branded cards and integrated digital services.
According to regulatory filings, the partnership will introduce a co-branded prepaid card aimed at automating employee rewards, reimbursements, and expense management. The solution will leverage Zaggle’s strong enterprise presence across leading corporate clients, enabling seamless adoption of the offering.
In a parallel agreement, both companies will also roll out a co-branded retail credit card and a commercial card. These products will be powered by Zaggle’s proprietary platforms, including the Zatix analytics engine and SaaS-based spend management solutions. The retail credit card will integrate personalized recommendations and TPAP features to enhance customer engagement.
The agreements have been signed for a tenure of three years. Zaggle will utilize its expertise in payment solutions and enterprise SaaS products, while AU SFB will contribute its financial services network, ensuring a strong synergy between the two entities.
The company has clarified that the transactions do not fall under related-party arrangements and that neither promoters nor promoter groups hold any interest in AU SFB.
