C.E. Info Systems Limited, the parent company of MapmyIndia, reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, after the Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements at its meeting held on August 4, 2026.
On a consolidated basis, the company reported steady year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability during the first quarter of FY27, supported by higher income from operations.
Consolidated total income increased to ₹159.37 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹135.28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of around 17.8% year-on-year. Revenue from operations rose to ₹139.72 crore from ₹121.61 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit before tax (PBT) stood at ₹66.44 crore, compared with ₹61.84 crore a year earlier. Net profit after tax increased to ₹50.38 crore from ₹47.38 crore, registering a year-on-year growth of about 6.3%.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, consolidated net profit declined from ₹52.16 crore reported in Q4 FY26, while total income also moderated from ₹162.79 crore.
The company reported total comprehensive income attributable to shareholders of ₹49.68 crore during the quarter. Basic earnings per share (EPS) came in at ₹9.09, while diluted EPS stood at ₹9.05.
On a standalone basis, total income for the quarter was ₹142.86 crore compared with ₹116.93 crore in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations increased to ₹124.48 crore from ₹102.65 crore, while profit after tax rose to ₹55.42 crore from ₹50.35 crore, reflecting year-on-year growth of around 10%.
The Board also noted the resignation of Mr. Nikhil Kumar as Whole-Time Director of Mappls DT Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, effective from the close of business hours on August 3, 2026.
