Ceigall India Limited, in a joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for a road construction project worth Rs 704.70 crore, excluding GST, in Arunachal Pradesh.
The joint venture comprises Ceigall India with a 74% share and Sushee Infra & Mining with the remaining 26%. The contract has been awarded under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode and is classified as a domestic project.
The project involves the construction of a road from km 85.60 to km 168.00 of the Lada-Sarli section of NH-913, also known as the Frontier Highway, in Arunachal Pradesh. The project is being awarded by MoRTH and is part of the development of road infrastructure in the state.
The construction period for the project is 48 months, followed by a five-year maintenance period. The contract value of Rs 704.70 crore excludes GST and covers the scope of work specified under the EPC agreement.
Ceigall India said that neither its promoter group nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The company also stated that the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
The Letter of Acceptance was received by the Ceigall India-Sushee Infra & Mining joint venture from MoRTH through email on August 24, 2026. The new project adds to Ceigall India’s order book and further expands its road construction portfolio in the infrastructure sector.
