IRCON International Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Konkan Railway Corporation Limited for a five-year comprehensive annual maintenance contract covering integrated tunnel communication and surveillance systems on the Northern Railway network. The contract is valued at ₹96.25 crore, including Goods and Services Tax (GST).

According to the company’s regulatory filing dated October 9, 2026, the contract covers the Integrated Tunnel Communication System, IP-based Video Surveillance System, Public Address System, Emergency Communication System and networking backbone infrastructure installed across the Katra-Banihal section.

The systems covered under the contract are located at tunnels, bridges and stations along the railway section. IRCON will undertake maintenance activities for a period of 60 months, equivalent to five years.

The contract has been awarded by Konkan Railway Corporation Limited and is classified as a domestic work order. The company disclosed that the contract was awarded under Work Contract No. KR-JK-ST-ITC-AMC-2026, dated October 8, 2026.

The total contract consideration stands at ₹96,25,49,694, inclusive of GST. The maintenance assignment covers communication, surveillance, public address and emergency communication infrastructure, along with the associated networking backbone system.

The contract adds a five-year maintenance assignment to IRCON International’s project portfolio, involving railway communication and surveillance infrastructure.
