Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd, through its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Vilaya Properties LLP, has partnered with Empee Hotels Ltd, the owners of Hilton Chennai, to develop a Grade A commercial space adjacent to the hotel.
The project, covering approximately 300,000 square feet and with a Gross Development Value of around ₹500 crores, will combine office spaces with hospitality services, creating a vibrant hub in one of Chennai’s most desirable locations.
Situated in the city’s premier commercial corridor, this development aims to address the growing demand for office spaces, including Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Chennai has recently emerged as a top destination for GCCs due to its strong infrastructure, skilled labor force, and supportive government policies. Arihant’s new project is set to capitalize on this trend by offering cutting-edge facilities tailored to the needs of global enterprises.
