Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), part of the Lalbhai group and a leading real estate developer in India, has announced a new residential project in Bengaluru. This venture, located on ITPL Road near Whitefield, will encompass around 4.2 lakh sq. ft. with a revenue potential of approximately Rs. 600 Cr. Developed on a joint venture basis, it marks ASL’s 12th project overall and 8th high-rise in Bangalore.
The area is well-established, offering excellent connectivity to the IT/ITES hub and close proximity to amenities like schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. Mr. Kamal Singal, Managing Director and CEO, remarked, “We are excited to enhance our portfolio in Bangalore, where the Arvind brand is well-regarded. With this addition, our total potential revenue for new projects this year reaches around Rs. 1,010 crore, reflecting our confidence in the strong real estate market.”
