AU Small Finance Bank (“AU SFB”), India’s largest small finance bank, has announced a partnership with Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited (“Niva Bupa”) to offer health insurance products to its customers. This collaboration builds on Niva Bupa’s prior relationship with Fincare Small Finance Bank (now merged with AU SFB) and introduces an enhanced business proposition to improve customer offerings.
Through this partnership, both new and existing customers of AU SFB, including those from former Fincare SFB branches, will gain access to Niva Bupa’s extensive range of retail and group health insurance products, covering health, personal accident, and critical illness plans across 2,414 locations in India. The initiative aims to create an affordable and transparent value proposition through technology and service modules.
By leveraging Niva Bupa’s network of 210 branches across 22 states and 4 union territories, along with AU SFB’s distribution capabilities, the two entities will work together to deliver personalized, customer-focused health insurance solutions.
