Padget Electronics Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dixon, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HP India Sales Private Limited to manufacture notebooks, desktops, and All-in-One PCs. This agreement is contingent upon the finalization of definitive agreements in the near future.

HP is a prominent global provider of personal computing devices, imaging and printing products, and related technology solutions and services.

Regarding this collaboration, Mr. Atul B. Lall, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited, stated, “We are thrilled to partner with the esteemed brand HP to produce PCs under the PLI 2.0 scheme. HP is a renowned global leader known for its advanced technology products and extensive international presence in over 170 countries. We are confident that combining HP’s vision and leading industry processes with our manufacturing expertise will allow us to offer a range of HP personal systems to Indian consumers.”

Ms. Ipsita Dasgupta, Managing Director of HP India, commented, “We are excited to announce our partnership with Dixon Technologies to manufacture HP products under the Production Linked Incentive scheme (PLI 2.0).
