Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd. (Dynacons) has secured a major Rs. 142.55 Crores contract from Bank of Maharashtra. The contract involves designing, deploying, and managing an advanced Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) system for the bank’s private cloud. This initiative supports the bank’s digital transformation and enhances data security, with installations at the Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Centre, and Near DR.

Bank of Maharashtra, a leading public sector bank with a legacy of 88 years and a network of 2,350 branches, aims to modernize its IT infrastructure. The HCI solution will improve operational efficiency and digital banking experiences over a five-year period, including setup of Private Cloud servers, storage, TOR Switches, and VMware Cloud.

The new Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) system will streamline the bank’s IT operations by integrating compute, storage, and networking into one efficient platform, enhancing scalability and reducing complexity. The advanced data center solution will offer high data availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities, while robust security features will ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.

Designed for scalability, the solution will support future growth without performance issues and will integrate seamlessly with existing systems, minimizing disruptions. Additionally, the private cloud and HCI-based data center will optimize IT and data management costs, giving the bank full control over its infrastructure.
