EFC Limited has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the lease of a property covering 78,084 square feet in Hyderabad. This new lease complements the existing space at Silicon Towers, bringing the total to approximately 200,000 square feet within a single building and providing seating capacity for over 1,700 across three floors. This consolidation aims to enhance cost efficiency, simplify management, and improve service offerings.
The acquisition represents an expansion of EFC Limited’s serviced office portfolio and addresses the evolving needs of the market. The newly acquired space will contribute to the company’s mission of delivering facilities and services.
